Introducing ZenCycling

Written by Summerscape at 22:46 1/1-2016

Having completed our first tour, the team started 2016 with a full week of physical and mental rest. The riders are rejuvenating in a Budhhist Zen monastry and will not be touching their bikes or even thinking of cycling for days.

This is what we call the 'Amaze your higher cyclingSelf' philosophy. Being freed from the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves enables us to open up to a totally different perspective. One in which we quiet the mind and let the legs speak. When the legs alone tell the story we leave behind mental clutter and pave the road for new succes stories.

It's a cross over of positive motivational make believe and result driven emptiness teachings that prepares the team for a new fase of greatness.

We bid you a good day for now.
